〇Reservations can be made in-store or by telephone.
Reservations cannot be made via the ‘Contact Us’ form or ‘Google Messages’ on this website. Please note that we do not accept reservations via our website’s ‘Contact Us’ form or ‘Google Messages’.

〇All prices are in Japanese yen and include tax.

〇All reservations made in-store are to be paid in advance. No refunds will be made if you do not show up for your appointment or if you cancel. Please check the schedule carefully before making a reservation.

〇We have male and female therapists. The fee for appointing a male or female therapist is 300 yen. 500 yen will be charged separately for individual appointments.

〇Reservations for all menus are available from “60 minutes”.
The 30-minute menu is only available in combination with other menus and only when we are able to provide the service immediately.

〇A 10% late-night fee will be added to all reservations and tours made after 10:00 p.m.
Please note that even if you have made a reservation in advance (at 9:00 p.m.), we will charge you the same fee if you arrive after 10:00 p.m.

〇We strive to provide prompt and courteous service to our customers. For this reason, in the event that a customer is late or changes his/her reservation time, we will shorten the time. Please understand that you will be charged for the course time that you originally reserved.

Precautions and Disclaimer

〇We offer relaxation services.We do not perform any medical treatment (diagnosis or therapy), medical-like acts, or sexual acts.

〇If you have received vaccinations or inoculations, please allow at least one week from the date of inoculation.

〇We will not accept those who have a fever, serious chronic illness, before or after surgery, on medication, or with traumatic injuries, or those who are considered to be in extremely poor health.

〇Not available for those with contagious dermatitis, athlete’s foot(some menus), or skin inflammation.

〇We cannot accommodate those who may be pregnant, pregnant, or within 6 months postpartum (except for some menus) due to the effects on the body.

〇We do not permit use by persons who are deemed to be members of organized crime groups, antisocial forces, or their related parties, persons who have been drinking (while intoxicated), or persons whose speech or conduct is offensive to public order and morals.

〇In the event of any disruptive behavior (abusive language, threats, exposed parts, etc.) toward other customers or staff, or any behavior deemed disruptive, the treatment will be immediately suspended and, in the case of malicious behavior, the matter will be reported to the authorities.

〇In the event of interruption during the treatment, or if the end of the treatment is brought forward for the customer’s convenience, the treatment fee will not be refunded.

〇We are not responsible for any problems that cannot be proven by a physician to have a causal relationship, such as physical changes after the treatment.
